Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Carousel Gate ("Service"), operated by Process Gate AI, a brand of Z-AGENCY s.r.o., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Carousel Gate is an AI-powered LinkedIn carousel generator. Users can create carousel slide images and post captions using artificial intelligence. The Service includes a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Plan

The free plan includes 3 carousel generations per month, access to all templates and design styles, and limited AI generation capabilities.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan costs $29.99 per month and includes 10 carousel generations per month, enhanced AI generation capabilities (5 AI templates and 5 AI styles per month), and social media integrations.

Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide (ideas, brand information, instructions). Carousel slides generated by the Service are provided for your use. You grant us a limited license to process your content through AI models for the purpose of generating carousels.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Generate content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Exceed usage limits through automated means

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
